Nedjelja je i jede vam se neki kolač, a bili ste prelijeni dan prije napraviti nešto? Bez panike! Čupavci su tu! hehe.. Tražila sam po internetu recept i vidjela sam da ih ima stvarno puno i da je svaki drugačiji. Iskopala sam jednu od desetak kuharica iz ormarića i našla sam jednu od verzija Čupavaca koja mi se činila najboljom.

Recept:

Za tijesto/biskvit potrebno je: 5 jaja
                                             5 žlica šećera
                                             5 žlica brašna
                                             0,5 dcl ulja
                                             prašak za pecivo

Izmiksajte žumanjke sa šećerom, te dodajte brašno sa praškom za pecivo i ulje. Na kraju lagano umješajte snijeg koji ste izmutili iz bjelanjaka. Nemojte izabrati preveliki lim da vam Čupavci ne bi ispali pretanki, iako ni to nema veze jer će onda biti više čokoladni ;) Ispecite biskvit (170 stupnjeva, 20 min cca)

Kada se ohladi, izrežite ga na kocke te svaku kocku obložite kremom: 15 dag čokolade
                                                                                                           5 dag margarina
                                                                                                           0,5 dcl mlijeka
Zatim uvaljajte čokoladne kocke u kokosovo brašno i Čupavci su gotovi! :)





It's Sunday, and you want to eat something sweet, but you were too lazy to make something day before? Not to worry! Čupavci are here! hehe.. I was searching a recipe on the internet and I saw many many different recipes. So I dug up one of  several cookbook and found one version I liked.

Recipe: 

For the biscuit you will need: 5 eggs
                                            5 tbs sugar
                                            5 tbs flour
                                            0,5 dl oil
                                            baking powder

Mix egg yolks with sugar then add flour with baking powder and oil. At the end gently mix in beaten egg whites. Don't choose to big baking sheet so that your cookies don't turn out too thin, although it doesn't matter, because then they will taste more than chocolate ;) Bake the biscuit (170 degrees for 20 minutes)

Let it cool down, cut into cubes and every cube dip in the chocolate cream: 15 dg cooking chocolate
                                                                                                                  5 dg margarine
                                                                                                                  0,5 dl milk
Roll chocolate cubes in coconut, and they are done! :)



Za one koje vole kolače, ali i za one koji ne vole baš slatke kolače, cheesecake je idealno riješenje. Zadnji put kad sam radila cheesecake, jedva sam uspjela sakriti komad kako bi ga slikala.. nestao je doslovno u tren oka.




Ja volim raditi kolače pa mi nije komplicirano napraviti ga, iako za ovu tortu treba par sastojaka kojih nemam obično doma pa mi to predstavlja veći problem nego sama izrada ;)

Ono što trebate imati kako bi uživali u okusu je:

Kora - jednostruko pakiranje tiber keksi, 175 g maslaca, 1-2 žlice šećera
Žuta krema - 200g Philadelphia sira, 200g Ricotta sira, 3 cijela jaja, sok od jednog limuna, vanilin šećer, šećer  u prahu (po želji)
Bijela krema - 2 masnija kisela vrhnja, vanilin šećer, šećer u prahu (po želji)

Za koru je potrebno izmrviti tiber kekse i pomiješati ih sa otopljenim maslacom te 1-2 žlice šećera. Utisnuti kekse u kalup te peći samo taj dio 10 minuta na 170 stupnjeva.

Žuta krema - Pomiješati oba sira, jaja, sok od limuna, vanilin šećer te šećer u prahu. Preliti kremu preko kore i vratiti u pećnicu (170 stupnjeva) na 35-45 minuta.

Bijela krema - Izmiksati dva masnija kisela vrhnja, vanilin šećer i šećer u prahu te preliti preko žute kreme i vratiti u ugašenu pećnicu na 10 minuta.

I to je to :) Bilo bi dobro da odstoji bar preko noći kako bi keksi potpuno omekšali..




For those who like pastries, but also for those who don't like too sweet pastries, cheesecake is an ideal solution. The last time I made cheesecake I was barely able to hide one piece so I could take a picture of it... it literally disappeared in the blink of an eye.

I love making pastries, so it's not complicated for me to make this, although this cake needs few ingredients which I usually don't have at home, so going to a store is a bigger problem for me then make cheesecake :D

Ingredients you need to have in order to enjoy the flavor are:

For the crust (the lower layer): single packing od Tiber biscuits (or Leibniz biscuit), 175 g butter, 1-2 tbs of sugar
Yellow cream (layer): 200 g philadelphia cheese, 200 g Ricotta cheese, 3 eggs, juice of 1 lemon, vanillin, powdered sugar (optional)
White cream (layer): 2 sour ceam (with higher milk fat), vanillin, powdered sugare (optional)

For crust you need to crumble biscuits and mix it (by hands) with melted butter and 1-2 tbs of sugar. Press crust (biscuit) into the mold and put only this layer in the oven for 10 minutes on 170 degrees.

Yellow layer – mix both cheeses eggs, lemon juice, vanillin and sugar. Pour cream over the crust and return into the oven for 35-45 minutes.

White cream – mix the sour cream, vanillin and sugar, and pour it over the yellow layer and return into the swiched off-oven for 10 minutes.

That's it! It would be better if you leave cheesecake to rest overnight.



Čak i oni koji ne vole klasičnu baklavu (ako ima takvih ;)), ovu će sigurno smazat sa tanjura.. Kod mene doma se ne stigne ni ohladiti a da je već nema pola.  Odlična je za ljetne dane kada želimo što manje vremena provoditi u kuhinji. Recept je vrlo jednostavan:

Fila: 4 jaja
       1 jogurt
       1 jogurt čaša šećera
       1 jogurt čaša ulja
       = izmiksati sve sastojke

Potrebne su još i višnje( :D) te kupljene kore za savijače.
Slagati jednu po jednu koru u nauljeni lim te svaku koru namaži filom, s tim da na petu koru stavi višnje. Kad naredamo sve, narezati baklavu na kocke i preliti ostatkom file. Peći na 200 stupnjeva, oko 20 minuta.
Kada se ispeće, baklavu prelijemo šerbetom.

Šerbet: 3 dcl vode
            1 jogurt čaša šećera
            1 vanilin šećer
            = mora prokuhati

U slast! :)





Even those who don't like classic baklava (if there are such ;) ) this will surely gobble from a plate. In my family it doesn't even get a chance to cool down. It is great for summer days when we want to be as shorter as possible in kitchen. It's a really easy recipe:

Filling: 4 eggs
          1 yogurt
          1 yogurt cup of sugar
          1 yogurt cup of oil
          = mix all the ingredians

You will also need cherrys (:D) and strudel crust, sheets (you can buy it in a store).

Place one by one crust in oiled cassarolle, and spread on the filling. On the fifth crust place cherries. When we are done with the crust, slice baklava into cubes and pour with the rest of the filling. Put it into a hot oven (200 degrees) for 20 minutes. And when it's done, pour over the sherbet.

Sherbet: 3 dcl of water,
                   1 yogurt cup of sugar
                   1 vanillin sugar
                   = boil
